1 · ถอนสิทธิ์ที่ให้ไว้กับ Facebook

เปิด การตั้งค่า Facebook → การเชื่อมต่อทางธุรกิจ (Business Integrations)
เลือก Tadhai Auto Post แล้วกด ลบ

โทเคนเพจที่อยู่ในโปรแกรมจะใช้โพสต์ไม่ได้อีกทันที

ถอนการติดตั้ง Tadhai ที่ Settings → Apps ของ Windows
ลบโฟลเดอร์ Tadhai ในโฟลเดอร์วิดีโอ (Videos) ของคุณ ปกติอยู่ที่ %USERPROFILE%\Videos\Tadhai — เปิด File Explorer วางที่อยู่นี้ลงช่องด้านบนแล้วกด Enter

ก่อนถอนการติดตั้ง ถ้าจะเอาคีย์ไปใช้เครื่องอื่น ให้เปิดหน้าต่างคีย์แล้วกด ปล่อยเครื่องนี้ ก่อน (รุ่น 1.4.0 ขึ้นไป) ถ้าลืม เครื่องนี้จะหลุดจากรายการเองเมื่อไม่ได้เปิดใช้เกิน 60 วัน

3 · ขอลบบันทึกคำสั่งซื้อ รายการเครื่อง หรือรายงานปัญหา

ทักแชทเพจ m.me/Tadhaina แล้วบอกอีเมลที่ใช้สั่งซื้อ หรือรหัสรายงาน R-… ที่เคยส่ง เราจะลบข้อมูลนั้น แล้วตอบยืนยันกลับทางแชท

ลบบันทึกคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว เราจะส่งคีย์ให้ใหม่ไม่ได้ถ้าคุณทำคีย์หาย · รายงานปัญหาถูกลบเองอยู่แล้วเมื่อครบ 90 วัน

Data Deletion Instructions (English)

Almost all Tadhai data lives on your own computer, so you can delete it yourself right away.

Remove Facebook access. Open Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, select Tadhai Auto Post, and click Remove. Page tokens saved in the app stop working immediately.
Delete data on your computer. Uninstall Tadhai in Windows Settings → Apps, then delete the Tadhai folder inside your Videos folder (usually %USERPROFILE%\Videos\Tadhai). It holds the settings file (license key, Page token, optional service keys, device id), all projects and videos, generated images (stills) and the log of imported product prices (prices.jsonl, version 1.4.0 and later). To move a key to another computer, click ปล่อยเครื่องนี้ (release this computer) in the app's key window before uninstalling; otherwise the computer is removed from the key's list after 60 days without use. If they still exist, also delete %LOCALAPPDATA%\Tadhai (rendering browser, normally removed by the uninstaller), %LOCALAPPDATA%\tadhai-updater (downloaded updates, version 1.3.0 and later) and %APPDATA%\Tadhai (app window cache).
Delete order records or problem reports. Message our Page at m.me/Tadhaina with the email you used to buy (for order records and the key's device list), or the report ID (R-…). We will delete that data and confirm in the chat. Sent problem reports are also deleted automatically after 90 days.
